Compensation
Factors that contributes to facilitating communication between the client and the insurance companies, following up the compensation and settling it, and negotiating with the insurance companies to obtain the client’s rights in the shortest possible period:
1- The client notifies PPIB of the occurrence of the accident, and the client has to prepare the necessary documents for the insurance company
2- Notifying the insurance company of the accident to start examining the accident and for the customer to fulfill the required documents.
3- The company shall take the necessary procedures with the insurance company to start compensation procedures.
4- PPIB notifying the client to receive his compensation for notification and follow-up of compensation.
